LEGAL NOTICE
The Franklinville Board of Fire Commissioners District 1 will hold a
Public Hearing on the proposed budget for 2025 on Monday December
16th 2024 at the Franklinville Fire Station, 181 Swedesboro Road,
Franklinville, N.J. at 7:30pm. The introduced budget for 2025 is $ 575,181.00 which includes the
amount to be raised by taxation of 571,897.00 which represents a tax rate of 19.1 cents.

annual election on Saturday February 15th 2025 from 2pm until 9pm at
the Franklinville Fire Station, 181 Swedesboro Road, Franklinville, N.J.
The purpose of this election is to approve the 2024 budget and fill two seats on the Board of Commissioners.

Nominating petitions for the position of two (2) Commissioners (three
year terms) in the Franklinville Fire District #1 may be obtained and filed
with Thomas Coulbourn Jr., Secretary, at the Franklinville Fire Station,
181 Swedesboro Road, Franklinville, N.J. P.O. Box 423, Franklinville,
N.J. 08322. All petitions must be filed no later than January 6, 2025.
