The following resolutions were memorialized during the October 1, 2024 Franklin Township Zoning Board meeting.
ZB2407 – Mystic Botanical Farms LLC – B:5810 L:35 – 1813 Dutch Mill Rd – Reason for Request: Use Variance approval for outdoor Class I Cannabis Cultivation and for the mixed use of the property. The remainder of the property will continue to be used for agricultural and residential purposes. Denied.
ZB2414 – Vincent Angelus Jr – B:6302 L:7 – 862 Salem Ave – Reason for Request: Applicant is requesting relief in order to construct two 15’x28’ additions and a front addition to an existing single-family dwelling on a non-confirming parcel. Granted, subject to conditions.
