PUBLIC NOTICE- Franklin Twp/Gloucester County – Planning Board Adoption of Master Plan Re-Examination Report

TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday August 20th, 2024 at 7:00 PM in accordance with the Open Public
Meetings Act, a regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Board of the Township of Franklin will be
held at the Township Municipal Building at 1571 Delsea Drive, Franklinville NJ, 08322. At this meeting
the Planning Board will review and consider for adoption a Reexamination Report of the Township’s
Master Plan. This notice is being published pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-13. The Master Plan
Reexamination Report was prepared in accordance with the Municipal Land Use Law at 40:55D-89.
A copy of the draft Master Plan Reexamination Report and all related documents is available for review
in the office of the municipal clerk of the Township of Franklin, and will be available for inspection upon
request during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
