Adequate Notice is being provided to the official newspaper of the Township of Franklin, posted in the Municipal Building and on the township website, that the Franklin Township Committee will be holding a Closed Executive Session beginning at 6:00PM in the conference room located at 1571 Delsea Drive, Franklinville, NJ 08322 on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, prior to the Regular Meeting at 7:00PM. The purpose of this executive session is to discuss potential litigation in regards to the Council on Affordable Housing Fair Share Act. No action will be taken during the closed session. The committee reserves the right to take action in during the regular meeting.
