PUBLIC NOTICE – Aquatic Pesticide application

Bells Lake, Greenwood Park, 50 Bells Lake Drive, Washington Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey may have aquatic pesticides applied on or between 12 June and 12 July 2024 for aquatic weed/algae control with Tribune (diquat dibromide), and/or Clipper (flumioxazin), Komeen (copper),and/or Cutrine Ultra (copper), Cutrine Plus (copper), and/or CaptainXTR (copper), and/or Sonar (fluridone), and/or copper sulfate by boat sprayer/spreader equipment by Princeton Hydro, LLC (NJDEP #97186A), 35 Clark Street, Trenton, NJ 08611. There may be an irrigation/watering restriction for up to 30-45 days. Upon request, the pesticide applicator or applicator business shall provide a resident with notification at least 12 hour before the application, except for Quarantine and Disease Vector Control only, when conditions necessitate pesticide applications sooner than that time.
