YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon Stark & Stark, P.C., plaintiff’s attorneys, whose address is 100 American Metro Boulevard, Hamilton, New Jersey 08619, an Answer to the Complaint, filed in a Foreclosure Action, in which Farm Credit East, ACA is plaintiff, and King’s View Estate, LLC, et als, are defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Gloucester County, and bearing Docket No. F 006930-26 within thirty-five (35) days exclusive of August 13, 2026. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex, PO Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules of civil practice and procedure. You are further advised that if you are unable to obtain an attorney you may communicate with the Lawyer Referral Service of the County of Venue and that if you cannot afford an attorney, you may communicate with the Legal Services Office of the County of Venue. The names and telephone numbers of such agencies are as follows: Lawyer Referral Service: 856-848-4589; and Legal Services: 856-848-5360 Legal Services of New Jersey Statewide Hotline at 1-888-LSNJ-LAW (1-888-576-5529) This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a Mortgage dated July 30, 2018 in the amount of $3,000,000.00 was recorded on August 7, 2018 in the Office of the Clerk of Gloucester County, in Book 15524 of Mortgages for said County, at page 28 and (2) to recover possession of, and concerns of the following premises (a) Tract #1 – 50 Mill Road, Block 21, Lot 1 & 1QFarm, Woolwich Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey; (b) Tract #2 – 6 Mill Road, Block 21, Lot 2, Woolwich Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey; (c) Tract #3 – 181 Asbury Station Road, Block 21, Lot 3QFarm, Woolwich Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey and (d) Tract #4 – 139 Asbury Station Road, Block 21, Lot 4QFarm, Woolwich Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey.
YOU, KING’S VIEW ESTATE LLC, are a mortgagor and proper party defendant to this action and that plaintiff, after diligent and careful inquiry, therefore, made as in case of absent defendants as plaintiff has been unable to locate the defendant.
YOU, EUGENIO POSTORIVO, JR., are a mortgagor and proper party defendant to this action and that plaintiff, after diligent and careful inquiry, therefore, made as in case of absent defendants as plaintiff has been unable to locate the defendant.
