Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A 19 44A-20, New Jersey Pay to Play, and other legislative enactments, more specifically Chapter 271 of the laws of the State of New Jersey, the Elk Township Board of Education, 900 Clems Run, Glassboro, NJ 08028 is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional services to be rendered to the Board of Education as listed below for the period July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. Food Service Management Companies (FSMC) COST REIMBURSABLE Request for Proposal (RFP) Contract The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain a Food Service Management Company (FSMC) to manage the School Food Authority’s (SFA’s) school food service program. School Food Authority Name: Elk Township Board of Education Agreement Number: 01501330 Business Administrator Name: Mr. Joseph Collins, Business Administrator Email: jcollins@delsearegional.us Contract Start Date: 7/1/2024 12:00 AM Contract End Date: 6/30/2025 12:00 AM The proposer is herein referred to as the Food Service Management Company (FSMC). The contract will be between the School Food Authority (SFA) and (FSMC).
