Michael Christopher Rossi on Friday, January 18, 2019. Age 50. Son of Raymond J. and Rose Marie (nee Jordan) Rossi, Jr. Brother of Raymond J. (Jennifer) Rossi, III and the late Susan and Christopher Rossi. Also survived by his cat “Hughie”.
Born in Elmer and a lifelong resident of Franklinville, Michael was a 1986 graduate of Delsea Regional High School. He worked as a route salesman for Herr’s for eight years and most recently was a union laborer at Jonasz Precast in Westville. Michael loved all sports, especially baseball and football, and also loved animals. He enjoyed caring for the numerous stray cats and dogs that lived near his home.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Thursday, January 24, 2019, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, January 25, 2019, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the BARCLAY FUNERAL HOME, 208 Maple Street, Clayton, NJ 08312. Funeral Mass on Friday at 11:15 AM at Church of the Nativity, 2677 North Delsea Drive, Franklinville, NJ 08322. Interment Cedar Green Cemetery, Clayton.
