MARY LOU KRUYSMAN – Obituary

Mary Lou Kruysman (nee Martin), 85, of Vineland, NJ passed away on Sunday August 19, 2018 peacefully in the hills of Pennsylvania while visiting her son. Mrs. Kruysman was born and raised in Elmer and was a resident of Vineland for over 60 years. She was the daughter of the late Elmer

and Emma Martin. Mary Lou was a fulltime wife, mother & grandmother. In addition to caring for her family she also worked at Evanoff Children’s Center. She was a member of the Porchtown United Methodist Church and enjoyed teaching Sunday School and singing in the choir. She served on many church committees.

Mary Lou enjoyed traveling with her husband to Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations. She also loved to play golf and bowl with her girlfriends on a weekly basis. She enjoyed entertaining family and friends at home. Mary Lou is survived by her husband of 67 yrs.; Arthur W. Kruysman; Twin Daughter’s; Sheryl Hopp, Lynn Tharp and husband Paul. Son: Bryan Kruysman and fiancé Lisa. 6 Grandchildren & 6 Great Grandchildren; Brothers/Sisters: Beatrice Peterson, Elmer Martin, Jr., Vicky Moore and Jeanne Boarts. As well as many nieces & nephews and brother and sister-in-laws.She was pre-deceased by parents, brother Fred Martin, and daughter-in-law, Shirley Kruysman. Relatives & friends will be received on Friday August 24^th from 12 Noon to 2:00 PM at the Pancoast Funeral Home, 676 S. Main Rd., Vineland, where her funeral service will be conducted at 2 PM. Cremation & Inurnment was private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Porchtown United Methodist Church.
