MAN’S DEATH DETERMINED TO BE HOMICIDE IN ELK TOWNSHIP
The body of a deceased male, Michael A. Fazzio age 58, of Buck Road, Elk Township was found by a family member on Monday afternoon March 13th at his residence, resulting in notification of Elk Township police and the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office. It appeared he had been assaulted.
An autopsy conducted by the Gloucester County Medical Examiner’s Office determined the cause of death of Michael A. Fazzio was mechanical and positional asphyxia and the manner of death was found to be homicide.
