KATHERINE A. JUNKERMAN – Obituary

Katherine A. Junkerman (nee Hienkel) of Elk Township passed away Saturday September 30, 2017 at the age of 70 years. Predeceased by her parents Tom and Lillian Hienkel and her brothers Tom and Bob Hienkel. Beloved wife of Herman L. Junkerman for 52 loving years. Loving mother of Kitty A. Junkerman-Strong (Tom), David H. Junkerman (Tracey McGinley), and Tracie Junkerman-McGhee (Jim). Dear grandmother of Todd Junkerman, Maranda Peek, Kathleen Junkerman, Marlee McGhee and Jimmy McGhee. Loving “sissy” of Sandy Hienkel, Barbara Hienkel-Harris (Joe), Linda Hienkel Crane and Patty Hienkel-Zieger (Jim).

Kathy was a long time resident of Elk Township and was a proud business owner with her husband. She was a past member of Video Software Dealers and the Wingnut Flying Club. Kathy loved laughing, traveling and being with her family and friends. She was a great listener and helped anyone she could, whenever she could. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday, October 6, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Barclay Funeral Home, 208 Maple Street, Clayton, NJ 08312. Her service will follow at 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment, Manahath Cemetery, Glassboro, NJ.
