Joan Edna Parrish (nee Welch) of Franklinville and formerly of Philadelphia on Thursday, July 25, 2024. Age 90. Devoted wife of 47 years to the late James Eugene “Gene” Parrish. Loving mother of Kay Joan Hilsee (Edward) and the late Steven E. Parrish (Colleen, surviving). Doting grandmother of Steven Parrish, Scott R. Davis (Jaime), Jeffrey V. Davis (Alissa), and Brad M. Davis (Melissa). Adoring great-grandmother of Kaden Davis, Luthor Davis, Riley Davis, Noah Wintheim, Brendan Davis, Luke Davis, Connor Davis, Liam Davis, and Stevie Davis. Sister of the late Allen Welch and Kenneth Welch. Daughter of the late Allen Thomas & Ethel E. (nee Pereria) Welch. Services are private at the convenience of the family under the direction of the BARCLAY FUNERAL HOME of Clayton.
