Born in Bridgeton and raised in Monroeville, James was a resident of Clayton for 9 years and most recently of Pittsgrove for the past 28 years. He worked as a slitter operator for Aleris Rolled Products, Inc. in Clayton for 41 years until his retirement in 2014. Known as Uncle Jay to his many nieces and nephews, James loved playing the guitar with his band “Jay + The Inventors”. He also loved metal detecting for “treasures” and especially spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by many.
