Howard James Cowgill, Jr. on Monday, May 18, 2020. Age 68. Husband of 44 years to Diane Rudolph Cowgill. Father of Christopher (Keri), Stephanie Bell (Frank), Stephen (Sarah Powell), and Matthew (Chrissy Smith). Grandfather of Danielle, Kaiden (Hailey), Gabby, Chase, Emma, Jacob, and Brayden.
Born in Camden and raised in Sewell, Howard has been a resident of Clayton for the past 42 years. He was a 1971 graduate of West Deptford High School and earned an Associates Degree in Elementary Education from Gloucester County College in 1974. Howard worked as a Lab Technician at Mobil Oil in Paulsboro, NJ for 22 years and most recently as a Sales Associate at Home Depot in Williamstown for the last 10 years.
Services are private due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and state restrictions prohibiting public funerals and are under the direction of the BARCLAY FUNERAL HOME.
