HENRY HUGHES ARMSTRONG – Obituary

Henry Hughes Armstrong of Vineland on Monday, May 21, 2018.  Age 58.  Father of Larissa Armstrong.  Grandfather of Emma and Evelyn Comportaro.  Brother of Laura Ramsey and Bertram Armstrong.  Uncle to several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.  Son of the late Bertram and Marie (nee Pepe) Armstrong.  Also survived by his dog Quinny and his lifelong friend Eric Smith.

Born in Sea Isle City and raised in Pitman, Henry has been a resident of Vineland for 30+ years.  He was a 1977 graduate of Pitman High School and was a retired HVAC Technician.  Henry enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle and was a member of the Hawg Ridin’ Fools and The Brothers Motorcycle Club.  He earned a black belt in karate and was a die-hard Eagles fan who thankfully got to see them win a Superbowl.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Wednesday, May 30, 2018, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the BARCLAY FUNERAL HOME, 208 Maple Street, Clayton, NJ 08312.  Memorial Service at 12:00 PM at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the American Heart Association, 1 Union Street, Suite 301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691.  Sign the guestbook and send condolences at BarclayFuneralHome.net.
