Henry “Hank” Guilfoyle O’Meara passed away at his home in Franklin Township, NJ. Henry was 56 and is survived by his mother, Lois Benton, his sister, Adrienne Benton, and his nephew, William Benton. Throughout Henry’s life, Henry loved God’s Creation. Being very close to nature, Henry loved all creatures, big and small. Included in childhood pets were a boa constrictor, Floyd; a black scorpion, Mary; also gave the gift of a ferret to his ‘brother’ friend. In adulthood, Henry loved nutrition and, acquiring a certificate, wanted to make a difference in helping people lead healthy lives. Henry was incredibly smart and, more so, incredibly kind. Henry was a true Samaritan and embodied the role of helping those in need. Those who knew him remember his character and his generosity. Henry dedicated his life to Jesus Christ and his family. During the last years of his life, he fell into a rare disease. With incalculable pain, Henry continued to help his loved ones and tried to overcome his burden. On the morning of July 2nd, 2024, Henry’s soul was brought into the presence of his Beloved Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Henry would remind his family members that the last thing to say when departing from someone is, “Jesus Christ Be With You!” We would like to submit Henry’s most cherished blessing as his final benediction of his life here on earth, extended with a full heart of love and good wishes by The Power of Jesus Christ, to each person, “Jesus Christ Be With You.”
