Harry Young Little of Franklinville on Tuesday, July 26, 2022. Age 76. Husband of 53 years to Janet Agnes (nee Riggs) Little. Father of Kenny (Mare) Little, Dawn (Steve) McFarland, Sherry Jeffries, Richard (Rita) Little, Russell (Jessica) Little, and the late Denise Little. Grandfather of William (Elizalynn) Little, Stephanie (Vince Miller) McFarland, the late Sam Little, John Little, Tylor Little, Jensen Little, Ellie Little, and Gemma Little. Son of the late Robert William & Eleanor M. (nee Fink) Little. Brother of Elmer Pat Little, David Little, and the late Robert Little. Also survived by numerous nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Born in Philadelphia and raised partly in Upper Darby, Harry has been a resident of Franklinville for most of his life. He was a 1963 graduate of Delsea Regional High School and proudly served two years in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Harry was a talented and hard-working, self-employed construction worker all of his life. A former member of the Williamstown American Legion Post 252, he was an avid reader, liked to fish and hunt, and loved hanging out with family and friends. Harry had the most amazing green thumb and loved to garden. His family fondly remembers him as always helping others.
Relatives and friends are invited to Harry’s memorial service on Saturday, July 30, 2022, at 4:00 PM at the Plainville United Methodist Church, 3232 Main Road, Franklinville, NJ 08322 where friends may call from 3:00 PM until service time.
