Gloucester County Updates On COVID-19


As of Saturday, June 20th Gloucester County has conducted 19,213 total tests. Of these cases, 16,756 have come back negative. Gloucester County’s total positive COVID-19 case count is now 2,457. Today, Gloucester County has an additional 10 cases to report. Of those cases:
The 2448th case is a 40-year-old female from Logan.
The 2449th case is an 88-year-old female from Washington Twp.
The 2450th case is an 84-year-old female from Deptford.
The 2451st case is an 80-year-old male from Glassboro.
The 2452nd case is a 49-year-old male from Monroe Twp.
The 2453rd case is an 81-year-old female from Washington Twp.
The 2454th case is a 44-year-old female from East Greenwich.
The 2455th case is an 81-year-old female from Elk.
The 2456th case is an 86-year-old female from Franklin Twp.
The 2457th case is a 63-year-old male from Deptford.



Gloucester County has 171 COVID-19 related deaths.The 171st patient death was an 84-year-old female from Deptford.


The Gloucester County Department of Health and Human Services is working with the New Jersey Department of Health to conduct a full assessment that includes identifying the contacts these individuals have had. At this time, the overall threat of COVID-19 to Gloucester County residents remains low. Gloucester County is expecting cases to rise. Social distancing is critical in flattening the curve and reducing cases.
