Gloucester County Updates On COVID-19
As of Sunday, May 24, 2020 Gloucester County has conducted 10,940 total tests. Of these cases, 8,855 have come back negative and 8 are pending. One case has been moved out of county. Gloucester County’s total positive COVID-19 case count is now 2,076. Today, Gloucester County has an additional 32 cases to report. Of those cases:

The 2047th case is a 45-year-old female from Swedesboro.
The 2048th case is a 64-year-old male from Glassboro.
The 2049th case is a 42-year-old female from Woolwich.
The 2050th case is a 50-year-old female from South Harrison Twp.
The 2051st case is a 46-year-old male from Glassboro.
The 2052nd case is a 19-year-old male from Clayton.
The 2053rd case is a 21-year-old male from Monroe Twp.
The 2054th case is a 53-year-old male from Washington Twp.
The 2055th case is a 60-year-old male from Franklin Twp.
The 2056th case is an 80-year-old male form West Deptford.
The 2057th case is a 69-year-old male form East Greenwich.

The 2061st case is a 99-year-old female from Pitman.
The 2062nd case is a 90-year-old female from Pitman.
The 2063rd case is a 94-year-old female from Pitman.

The 2065th case is a 23-year-old female from Washington Twp.
The 2066th case is a 65-year-old female from West Deptford.
The 2067th case is a 36-year-old male from Woodbury Heights.
The 2069th case is a 23-year-old male from West Deptford.
The 2069th case is a 32-year-old female from Washington Twp.
The 2070th case is a 28-year-old female from Harrison Twp.
The 2071st case is a 70-year-old female from Woodbury.
The 2072nd case is a 64-year-old female from Woodbury.
The 2073rd case is a 25-year-old male from Newfield.
The 2074th case is a 60-year-old female from Paulsboro.
The 2075th case is a 43-year-old female from Monroe Twp.
The 2076th case is a 66-year-old female from Westville.
The Gloucester County Department of Health and Human Services is working with the New Jersey Department of Health to conduct a full assessment that includes identifying the contacts these individuals have had. Gloucester County has confirmed that residents ill with COVID-19 have died. Gloucester County now has 136 confirmed deaths.
The 136th patient death was an 80-year-old male from Deptford.
At this time, the overall threat of COVID-19 to Gloucester County residents remains low. Gloucester County is expecting cases to rise.
