Gloucester County Updates On COVID-19


As of Wednesday, May 13, 2020 Gloucester County has conducted 7,921 total tests. Of these cases, 6,180 have come back negative and 13 are pending. Gloucester County’s total positive COVID-19 case count is now 1,728.
Today, Gloucester County has an additional 18 cases to report. Of those cases:
The 1711th case is a 68-year-old female from Deptford.
The 1712th case is a 36-year-old male from Woodbury.
The 1713th case is a 42-year-old female from Franklin Twp.
The 1714th case is a 67-year-old female from Westville.
The 1715th case is a 28-year-old male from Deptford.
The 1716th case is a 94-year-old female from Deptford.
The 1717th case is a 57-year-old male from Deptford.
The 1718th case is a 34-year-old male from Woolwich.
The 1719th case is a 32-year-old male from Deptford.
The 1720th case is a 36-year-old female from South Harrison Twp.
The 1721st case is a 41-year-old female from Pitman.
The 1722nd case is a 45-year-old male from Monroe Twp.
The 1723rd case is a 76-year-old female from Deptford.
The 1724th case is a 37-year-old male from Deptford.
The 1725th case is a 91-year-old female from West Deptford.
The 1726th case is a 93-year-old female from Deptford.
The 1727th case is a 90-year-old male from Deptford.
The 1728th case is a 17-year-old male from Monroe Twp.

The Gloucester County Department of Health and Human Services is working with the New Jersey Department of Health to conduct a full assessment that includes identifying the contacts these individuals have had.


Gloucester County has confirmed that residents ill with COVID-19 have died. Gloucester County now has 96 confirmed deaths.
The 91st patient death was an 87 year old male from Deptford.
The 92nd patient death was a 73 year old female from Deptford.
The 93rd patient death was a 74 year old female from Deptford.
The 94th patient death was a 92 year old male from Deptford.
The 95th patient death was a 59 year old male from Deptford.
The 96th patient death was a 91 year old male from Washington Twp.
At this time, the overall threat of COVID-19 to Gloucester County residents remains low. Gloucester County is expecting cases to rise. Social distancing is critical in flattening the curve and reducing cases.
