Gloucester County Updates On COVID-19
As of Sunday, May 10, 2020 Gloucester County has conducted 7,429 total tests. Of these cases, 5,750 have come back negative and 17 are pending. Gloucester County’s total positive COVID-19 case count is now 1,662.
Today, Gloucester County has an additional 27 cases to report. Of those cases:

The 1637th case is a 30-year-old female from Glassboro.
The 1638th case is a 31-year-old female from Washington Twp.
The 1639th case is a 40-year-old female from Deptford.
The 1640th case is an 82-year-old female from Deptford.
The 1641st case is a 27-year-old male from Mantua.
The 1642nd case is a 19-year-old female from Franklin Twp.
The 1643rd case is a 64-year-old male from Woolwich.
The 1644th case is a 69-year-old male from Elk.
The 1645th case is a 31-year-old male from Washington Twp.
The 1646th case is a 49-year-old female from Westville.
The 1647th case is a 57-year-old female from Monroe Twp.
The 1648th case is a 76-year-old male from Glassboro.
The 1649th case is a 25-year-old male from Monroe Twp.
The 1650th case is an 82-year-old female from Deptford.
The 1651st case is a 38-year-old female from Monroe Twp.
The 1652nd case is a 13-year-old male from Deptford.

The Gloucester County Department of Health and Human Services is working with the New Jersey Department of Health to conduct a full assessment that includes identifying the contacts these individuals have had.
Gloucester County has confirmed that several residents ill with COVID-19 have died. Gloucester County now has 83 confirmed deaths.
The 81st patient death was an 83-year-old male from Monroe Twp.
The 82nd patient death was an 88-year-old female from Deptford.The 83rd patient death was a 90-year-old male from Washington Twp.
At this time, the overall threat of COVID-19 to Gloucester County residents remains low. Gloucester County is expecting cases to rise. Social distancing is critical in flattening the curve and reducing cases.
