Gloria Schofield – Obituary
On June 16, 2020, Gloria Mae Schofield (née Bevan) of Franklinville, loving wife and mother of three children, passed away at the age of 71. She was born on December 22, 1948 in Camden, NJ, to the late William and Helen (Taylor) Bevan. Beloved wife of 54 years of Thomas M. Schofield, Jr. Adoring mother to Thomas M. Schofield, III (Sharon), Gloria M. Garofolo (Daniel), and Tammy M. Yerkes (Erik). Sweetest Mom-Mom to Thomas, James, Dominic, and Steven. Caring sister of Helen, Patricia, and Judith. Loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Kind friend to so many.
Gloria loved family BBQ’s, playing the lottery, watching Phillies and Eagles games, going to yard sales, and going down the shore or out on the boat with her family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you please donate to your local food bank in Gloria’s memory. Gloria’s wish was to be cremated; a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
