The Gloucester County Department of Health is adding flu clinic dates to its February schedule. In addition to the free flu shot clinics, residents should take everyday precautions against the spread of germs including washing hands often, using hand sanitizer, covering your nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze and avoid close contact with sick people. Stay at home when you are sick to avoid spreading it to others. There are some individuals that are at high risk for serious flu-related complications like pneumonia. Free flu shots will be offered on the following days at the Gloucester County Department of Health located at 204 East Holly Avenue in Sewell: Thursday, February 6th from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.; Monday, February 10th from 3 to 4 p.m.; Thursday, February 13th from 4 to 5 p.m.; Thursday, February 20th from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.; Monday, February 24th from 3 to 4 p.m.; and Thursday, February 27th from 4 to 5 p.m. For more information, please contact the Health Department at (856) 218-4102
