FATAL MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH
On Saturday, November 24th at 3:30 pm, Franklin Township Police Department was dispatched to the area of Main Road and Marshall Mill Road for a two-car motor vehicle crash. Police investigation revealed that a 2014 black Dodge Durango, operated by Melissa L. Ramos, age 33 of Vineland was traveling eastbound on Marshall Mill Road. The Durango entered the southbound lane of Main Road colliding with a 2003 tan Nissan Quest operated by Rosa Palma, age 34 of Vineland. Nissan Quest passenger, Ruben Artillero Garcia, age 34 of Vineland was pronounced deceased at the scene. The accident is being investigated by Franklin Police Officer Allison Schempp. Assisting at the crash scene was Malaga Fire Department, Forest Grove Fire Department, Gloucester County EMS and Inspira Paramedics.
