Born in Elmer and raised in Ewan, Diane has been a resident of Clayton for the past 44 years. She was a 1971 graduate of Clearview Regional High School and began work as a material handler at Columbia Records in Pitman. Diane left there after 3 years and went to Owens-Illinois in Glassboro where she was a machine operator for 4 years. She then became a school bus driver for Harrison Township Public Schools. Diane loved driving for the little kids and often dressed in costume to make them smile. After 10 years, health reasons forced her to leave the job she loved so much, and she became a team truck driver along with her husband for MKM Trucking in Deptford. Four years later, Diane became a school photographer for LifeTouch Studios in Pitman which continued for the past 13 years. Diane loved playing the slot machines at the casinos as well as video games at home. She enjoyed watching soap operas and reality television. For many years, Diane donated blood to help others until health reasons made that impossible. She enjoyed traveling to visit her nieces and nephews.
