Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement
The Borough of Glassboro intends to participate in the Sourcewell (Previously NJPA) cooperative contract for the purpose of purchasing one (1) New Case 580SN T4F 4WD Loader Backhoe under Contract #032515-CNH for the Borough of Glassboro’s Water & Sewer Department.
Information regarding the contract may be found at the Borough of Glassboro’s Clerks Office during regular business hours 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, as well as on the Sourcewell (Previously NJPA) website at: (sourcewell-mn.gov).
The Borough of Glassboro joined the Sourcewell (Previously NJPA) contract on May 25, 2010. The NJ term for Contract No. 032515-CNH expiration is May 19, 2019.
It is the intent of the Borough of Glassboro to make a contract award to Groff Tractor NJ, LLC, pursuant to the proposals submitted in response to the Sourcewell (Previously NJPA) Competitive Request for Bid.
The Borough of Glassboro is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
