BOROUGH OF CLAYTON NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
The Borough of Clayton intends to participate in the Sourcewell cooperative contract for the purchase and delivery of one (1) TotsChoice #718S25J, one (1) 3.5” Arch Swing (2 Seat) #MR0930, one (1) 3.5” Arch Swing Add-A-Bay (2 seat) #MR0932, one (1) Swg Part Therapeutic Swg Seat W/Chain #2740, one (1) Swg Part Harness #2740H, one (1) Swg Part Tot Seat 360 Deg W/Chain #2990, two (2) Swg Part Slash Proof Seat W/Chain #2840, one (1) Ten Spin #340, and one (1) Lucky the Ladybug “C” Spring Rider #960 under Contract #101625-PLP. The Borough intends to award a contract to Sourcewell vendor, Miracle Recreation – Playpower, Inc. Use of national contracts is permitted under the authority of N.J.S.A 52:34-6.2.
