Washington Township EdTech Specialist Kathi Kersznowski Publishes New Book on Incorporating AI into Education

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP/Gloucester County NJ- Washington Township Public Schools’ Educational Technology Specialist Kathi Kersznowski is set to publish her second book, The Educator’s Guide for Teaching AI Literacy and Ethics. The book is now available through links at Kerszi.com.

Described by Kersznowski as “a true passion project,” the book represents years of research, professional learning, and hands-on experience with artificial intelligence in education. In addition to her writing and speaking engagements, Kersznowski has been leading AI innovation, policy development, and professional workshops for administrators and teachers within Washington Township Public Schools, helping the district to stay current with AI integration in education.

The Educator’s Guide for Teaching AI Literacy and Ethics is designed to serve as the first comprehensive AI literacy and ethics curriculum in book form – a ready-to-use teaching tool for educators at all grade levels and across subject areas.

Highlights of the book include:

“Last year, many school districts focused on developing AI policies,” Kersznowski said. “This book provides the next step – giving educators immediately implementable resources to teach AI literacy and ethical decision-making in a practical, engaging way.”
