WARREN ‘JEEP’ FRYE, SR.
Warren “Jeep” Frye Sr. 90 0f Clayton, passed away quietly at home on February 7, 2022 surrounded by his family. He is survived by his children Gloria (Del) Jordan; Warren Jr (Celeste-deceased); Bonnie (Bob) Devault; Glenn (Kathy) and Cindy (Mark) Phillips. Sisters Ida Boeckle and Rebecca Metcalf, as well as 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife of 60 years Rose née (Corson) and 8 brothers and sisters.
Warren was employed by the Johnson Mathey Co. of West Deptford as a precious metals processor. He enjoyed hunting and taking trips to the casinos. Most of all he was an avid NASCAR fan and built and raced his own cars on several area tracks. A viewing was held on Saturday February 12, 2022 at the Mathis Funeral Home, 43 N. Delsea Dr. Glassboro where friends may greet the family after 10AM. A funeral service will follow at 11AM at the funeral home.
Interment will be at the Ferrell Methodist Cemetery.
