Sharon Lee (née Tomori) Corradetti, age 74, of Erial, NJ, on September 3, 2025, in Camden, NJ. She was the beloved wife of the late Peter Anthony Corradetti and the devoted fiancée of Joseph Vitale, with whom she shared 26 loving years. A proud and devoted mother, Sharon is survived by her three children: Peter Corradetti (Denise) of Clayton, Kerri Rehm (Dave) of Clayton, and Tracey Corradetti (Mike Abrams) of Sicklerville. Sharon found immense joy in her role as grandmother to Nicholas and Hunter Corradetti, Jonathan Rehm, and Gianna Abrams.
Born on September 17, 1950, in Philadelphia, PA, Sharon was the daughter of the late Stephen and Agnes (née Linsley) Tomori. Raised in Clayton, NJ, she graduated from Clayton High School, Class of 1968. In 2000, she moved to Erial, where she continued to build a life full of love, laughter, and community.
Sharon’s professional life was marked by dedication and pride in her work. She began her career as a tester for Struthers-Dunn, Inc. in Pitman, where she worked for seven years. Sharon was especially proud to have worked on the relays used in the Patriot Missiles. She later spent a decade in Quality Control at Toppers before becoming the Office Manager for A-1 Home Inspections in Erial. Sharon also worked for six years as a beloved lunch lady in the Gloucester Township Public Schools, where her warm smile and caring nature touched countless students.
Outside of her work, Sharon was full of energy, joy, and curiosity. She loved watching Oprah and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, strolling through her neighborhood, and relaxing on her porch. A people-person at heart, she relished shopping trips, hosting gatherings, and organizing countless family barbeques over the years. She had a bit of a “nosey” side, always keeping a watchful and often playful eye on the goings-on around her.
In her younger years, Sharon enjoyed playing bingo at local Catholic churches and dancing the night away with her husband at monthly dances held at Saint Catherine’s. Her passion for dancing stayed with her throughout her life, and she could often be found on the dance floor during her many travels with her fiancé Joe around the world—including adventures to Cancún, the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, and Hawaii.
Sharon treasured her time at the family’s vacation home in Holly Lake Resort in Dennisville and found peace by the water, especially on the Ocean City beach. She loved being out on the boat with Joe, soaking in the quiet and the sunshine. Most of all, she cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the BARCLAY FUNERAL HOME, 208 Maple Street, Clayton, NJ 08312.
