Please be advised that on Monday August 11th, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Borough of Swedesboro Borough Hall, 1500 Kings Highway, Swedesboro, County of Gloucester in the State of New Jersey, the Planning/Zoning Board will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the application of Spirit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, at which time and place all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard. The property is located on 1945 Kings Hwy, Swedesboro in the Commercial Zoning District and is known as Block 52 Lot(s) 2 & 2.02. The applicant is seeking approval for a 60’ x 180’ storage garage and any and all other variances and waivers that may be required and granted by the Board. A copy of said application and related documents are on file in the Office of the Secretary of the Planning & Zoning Board and may be reviewed by all interested parties prior to the meeting. Said office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
