Nellie C. Shipley (nee Green) passed away on Friday, July 17, 2020. Age 90.
Survived by children Thomas Shipley (Shirley), David Shipley (Arlene), Richard Shipley (Debbie), Dennis Shipley (Nancy), Pamela Berry, and Nancy Speyerer. Brothers Robert Green and James Green. 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
She retired from CBS in Pitman with 20 years of devoted employment. She was actively involved in Clayton Baptist Church where she loved helping every week with bulletins. Nellie was also a member of the Clayton Senior Citizens. Playing games on her Kindle Fire and Bingo were 2 things she enjoyed.
Nellie was predeceased by her parents Grover and Katherine Green, Sisters Pearl, Rose, and twin sister Amy. Brothers Grover, Howard, and Clyde. Great-grandson Skyler Hoffman.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Tuesday, July 21, 2020, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the BARCLAY FUNERAL HOME, 208 Maple Street, Clayton, NJ 08312. Funeral service at 8:00 PM. Interment private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Clayton Baptist Church, 110 S.
