Narcotics Arrest
On Thursday, August 10th, Clayton Police Department executed a search warrant on the 700 block of N. Main St. after conducting a narcotics investigation. During the search 27 marijuana plants were located growing in the defendant’s vegetable garden some growing over 6 feet tall. In addition, approximately 26 ounces of harvested marijuana was located in the residence and other structures on the property. Frank A. Rossetti, 59 year old male was arrested and charged.
Mr. Rossetti was charged with manufacturing marijuana and possession with the intent to distribute marijuana. Judge Williams Golden was contacted. The charges were placed on a “No Bail Warrant” and the defendant was lodged in the Salem County Jail. Clayton Police Det. Jackson Harrington was lead investigator on the case. Det. Nicholas Carr, Sgt. Lauren Franklin, and Ptlm. Travis Whitman all contributed to the investigation. Gloucester County Prosecutors Office Guns, Gangs and Narcotics Task Force assisted.
