Miss Jeanne Lois Hardison, of Pitman, NJ, passed away on June 8, 2024. Age 78. Loving sister of Judith A. Kempter (Charles, late) of San Diego, CA and Mary Jo “Jodie” Amey (Mark) of Newfield, NJ. Daughter of the late Calvin and Ruth (Hill) Hardison.
Jeanne was born on September 14, 1945. She was raised in Salem, NJ, and lived there until 2021, when she moved to Pitman, NJ. In 1964, she graduated from Salem High School. Jeanne worked in the health care industry. She was an operating room technician at Salem County Memorial Hospital, which is now an Inspira Medical Center. Besides being a hard worker Jeanne was dedicated to her faith. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, located in Salem, NJ.
Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Pitman Manor, a United Methodist Church Community, 535 N. Oak Avenue, Pitman, NJ 08071. Funeral service to begin at 10:30 AM. Inurnment will be private at the convenience of the family. Services under the direction of the BARCLAY FUNERAL HOME.
