Gloucester County Updates On COVID-19


As of Sunday, September 20, 2020 Gloucester County has conducted 57,455 total tests. Of these cases, 53,087 have come back negative. Gloucester County’s total positive COVID-19 case count is now 4,368 and has 217 COVID-19 related deaths. Today, Gloucester County has an additional 19 cases to report. Of those cases:
The 4350th case is a 62-year-old male from East Greenwich.
The 4351st case is a 21-year-old male from Glassboro.
The 4352nd case is a 23-year-old male from Westville.
The 4353rd case is a 56-year-old female from East Greenwich.
The 4354th case is a 44-year-old female from Washington Twp.
The 4355th case is a 21-year-old female from Glassboro.
The 4356th case is a 17-year-old male from Washington Twp.
The 4357th case is a 20-year-old female from West Deptford.
The 4358th case is a 21-year-old male from Glassboro.
The 4359th case is a 25-year-old male from Glassboro.
The 4360th case is a 19-year-old female from Deptford.
The 4361st case is a 20-year-old female from Glassboro.
The 4362nd case is a 20-year-old female from Deptford.
The 4363rd case is a 19-year-old male from Washington Twp.
The 4364th case is a 22-year-old male from Glassboro.
The 4365th case is a 47-year-old male from West Deptford.
The 4366th case is a 19-year-old female from Washington Twp.
The 4367th case is a 21-year-old male from Washington Twp.
The 4368th case is an 18-year-old male from Glassboro.

The Gloucester County Department of Health and Human Services is working with the New Jersey Department of Health to conduct a full assessment that includes identifying the contacts these individuals have had. At this time, the overall threat of COVID-19 to Gloucester County residents remains low. Gloucester County is expecting cases to rise. Social distancing is critical in flattening the curve and reducing cases. New Jersey residents can call 2-1-1 or 1-800-962-1253 with questions.
