Anna Chamberlin (nee Smart) on Tuesday, August 25, 2020. Age 81. Wife of the late Charles David Chamberlin. Mother of Gregory C. Chamberlin (Ginger) of Vineland, Marybeth Boeckle (William) of Glassboro, Nancy E. Godfrey (Robert) of Pitman, James C. Chamberlin of Franklinville, and the late Timothy C. Chamberlin. Grandmother of 11 and great-grandmother of 18. Sister of the late William Smart, James Smart, and Rita Waters. Daughter of the late James and Mary (nee Dempter) Smart.
Born in Philadelphia and raised in Drexel Hill, Anna has been a resident of Franklinville for the past 37 years. She was a graduate of West Catholic Girls’ High School in Philadelphia and devoted her life to caring for her husband and family. Anna enjoyed crocheting, baking, and going to the beach during the many years of family vacations to North Wildwood. She and Charles spent many of their wedding anniversaries at The Grand Hotel in Cape May.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Saturday, August 29, 2020, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the BARCLAY FUNERAL HOME, 208 Maple Street, Clayton, NJ 08312.
